Consumers will learn the ins and outs of the home buying process when they attend this free seminar. Geena Witt of Geena Witt Estates and Homes, Inc. will run this class at One Mallard Pointe -11021 David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, NC on Wed February 23, 2011 at 6 pm.

The real estate industry is constantly changing. There are many rules and regulations that buyers and sellers have to meet in today’s market. In this seminar, Witt will explain this complicated process in a way that first-time buyers can understand. In simple, easy-to-understand language, buyers will learn about mortgage financing, DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE programs, 100% USDA loans, closing costs, appraisals, home inspections, house searches, negotiations and our current market.

When asked why she is offering this seminar, Witt said “It is my responsibility as a buyer’s agent to educate my clients. Home ownership is not just a dream it can be a reality with proper planning! I won’t always tell them what they want to hear, but I’ll always tell them what they need to know. This seminar is my way of offering that advice to a larger market.”
