In this seminar, Witt will explain this complicated process in a way that first-time buyers can understand. In simple, easy-to-understand language, buyers will learn about mortgage financing, DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE programs, 100% USDA loans, closing costs, appraisals, home inspections, house searches, negotiations and our current market.

When asked why she is offering this seminar, Witt said “It is my responsibility as a buyer’s agent to educate my clients. Home ownership is not just a dream it can be a reality with proper planning!
